I liked this hotel. It is a budget-friendly and affordable option, yet neat and clean. The location is very convenient—right on International Drive (I-Drive) and close to Universal Studios. They also provide a shuttle service to Universal, which is very helpful. There are many nearby places to eat and enjoy, making the stay comfortable and convenient. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean, economical hotel in a great location.

Vilner at the front desk was absolutely the best part of this hotel stay. He was so positive and smiling and even still helped us once he was headed to take his lunch break. Unfortunately our room was dated, dirty and smelled pretty strongly of smoke and as two women traveling we felt uncomfortable with the exterior entry and multiple groups of men lingering. There was also quite a bit of noise and rowdiness in the building we were in. We ended up checking out before even staying and asking for a refund for a prepaid stay. I will say the hotel manager, Delmi was helpful in our request and kind.

This is a decent hotel overall and a good value for the price. The rooms—and honestly the property in general—are a bit dated, but everything was clean, which mattered most to me. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. For the price point, this is pretty much what I’d expect, and the location is a big plus since it’s easy to get around to everything. I’d stay again for a last-minute trip when I’m being more budget-conscious.

Impressed by this hotel - it's large and the grounds are well-maintained with security always on patrol. Three pools, a large rear parking lot that backs onto the freeway (rooms facing it are very quiet (I'm a light sleeper), and a lovely front entrance with lots of trees. Games room/arcade is perfect for kids and adults. The workout room is small but has mostly what you need - free weights, an elliptical, two treadmills, a pull-down bar and a bench. Towels, wipe-down towelettes and water, both inside and around the corner for refills. Rooms are carpeted and very clean upon arrival. I love that the bathroom is separated; toilet has a full door and the wash area (where the fridge and microwave also sit) is separated with sliding barn doors. One suggestion is to put more shelving in this area for food and toiletries. The area is expensive, especially the convenience store on-site. Yes, it's a hotel, so expect to pay 3x the amount for stuff. Ideally, take an Uber to the Walmart and stock up. Free hot water in the convenience store for morning tea or instant coffee. It's about a 20-minute ride from the airport - a cab is less expensive than an Uber, coming in at about $55 USD for the ride (without tip). Check out WonderWorks across the street if you have kids or want to have fun! It's half price after 8pm and a very convenient walk across the street. You can also go in and out as many times as you want during the date of purchase, so you could run back to the hotel if required. It's a bit of a walk to things and is in the middle of tourist-town, so it's expected.

The staff is really friendly and professional. They have restaurants on site, several pools, a coffee place that has ice cream and Starbucks coffee. A gaming room for children but must purchase a game card. It has a small park across from the gaming room. Across the street is wonder works and Dave and Busters is up the street. There are several eating places in walking distance. This is a really clean place to lay your head.

Last year we stayed the the Rosen shingle for 12 nights and it was amazing, this year we where here for longer (28 nights) so needed to be a bit more careful with the budget. The rosen Inn pointe for the price is fantastic, location and staff are great, rooms a little dated but clean and well maintained and in the same style as the shingle creek. House keeping came all the time. The security staff where always visible and what ever part of the hotel you are in there are always staff around.the complex felt safe and well managed. The zebra bar is great also as are the staff there. Food and service fantastic and in some cases a better deal and quality that the restaurants on international drive. They have 3 good sized pools and they never felt overcrowded. Gym is good and the grounds are very well maintained. I honestly could not find any fault. Its a big site but walking around is pleasant and good to burn calories. Plenty of parking. We would not hesitate to return.

4pm check in was a bit odd to me. We arrived at 4:05pm and there were more than 20 people ahead of us trying to check in. We were expected to be somewhere at 5pm, so with that line, it did not happen. We were pleasantly surprised to get thru the line in about 45 mins. The rooms were old but very clean. We smelled bleach cleaner and was pretty happy to know that the facilities were disinfected. We had a decent stay, everyone was relatively quiet. Shutout to the parking lot attendant who was very kind and provided helpful information.

Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando.
